Earl Grey Honey Syrup

Ingredients

200 ghoney
4Earl Grey tea bags(or roughly 10g loose-leaf Earl Grey)

Heat the water to just off boiling.

Add the Earl Grey tea bags.

Let the tea steep for 5-6 minutes.

Remove the tea bags, or strain out the loose tea.

Add the honey and stir until combined.
